CEDEF I DDOR NOVI SAD HELD PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FROM INSURANCE FOR REPRESENTATIVES: LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PUC, PC, COMPANIES AND ENERGY MANAGERS

Central European Development Forum, CEDEF, in cooperation with DDOR Novi Sad organized PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FROM INSURANCE FOR REPRESENTATIVES: LOCAL GOVERNMENT, PUC, PC, COMPANIES AND ENERGY MANAGERS – members of the Network Energy Manager Serbia, MEMS, which took place on Friday 10th October 2014 at the Congress center DDOR in Palic.

Training highlighted examples of financial risk insurance completed projects and facilities in Serbia, as well as the results of the application of such a business concept, and also have provided the answers to the following questions:

• Why is it necessary for public facilities and public goods to be insured?
• What that can be covered by insurance?
• What are the risks covered by insurance?
• What is the relationship between the risk to be insured and insurance premiums?

Trainees were representatives Potiski water supply, Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina, PUC “Heat” from Pancevo, Institut of public health Subotica, Subotica city, Department of Environmental Protection of City of Belgrade, ZOO Palic and others.

Slobodan Plavsic, Jelena Savanja and Srdjan Cvejic from DDOR presented the benefits of insurance.
